The die-line can carry a printed outer face, an inner fitment that holds the product in place, and a shelf-ready opening direction, so the same box ships and sells. Flute choice follows the load — E-flute where the pack must stay slim, B-flute or double wall where contents are dense or fragile. Kraft, white liner, and coated boards take offset print. Longest edge from under 25 cm to over 60 cm, MOQ from 50 on printed runs, quoted DDP to the US, EU, UK, and AU.
