A drawer box is two boxes that must fit each other, so the tolerance between sleeve and tray is the entire product. Too loose and the tray slides out on the shelf; too tight and the customer cannot open it one-handed. Embossed art-paper wraps hide the small amount of movement any friction-fit drawer has, which is why they are the usual choice for counter display. Because the tray is filled before the sleeve is printed, agree the finished outside dimension first and let the wrap follow it, not the other way around.
