A tear strip scored straight into the die-line turns a standard corrugated mailer into an opening experience — the customer pulls, the parcel splits along a clean line, no blade and no torn flaps. The board is recyclable fibre with no plastic windows, synthetic fill, or laminated film on the tear path, and the strip itself is formed from the same sheet rather than an added component. Because the closure is a die-line option, print coverage, flute, and size stay independent of it: choose E-flute for slim parcels or double wall where the route is rough. MOQ starts at 50 printed units with DDP pricing to the US, EU, UK, and AU.
